Every block is available in one or more versions.
Click on the «Content tab». You display images, buttons, titles if you want, and choose their positions update langs set en=if available)
You can also click on the 
button to display another version of the block if available.
In the « Style » tab, you can customize the style of the block: background color, text, links…
