To delete a subscriber you have 3 options, entering in your list section:
1) Select the subscriber then click on the option button.
2) To delete multiple contacts from one list:
Check the contacts you want delete and click the 
button
3) To delete all the contacts of a segment, you must create a segment which contain the contacts you want to remove.
Then click on the segment options : Delete all contacts in the segment
